This article describes the results achieved in an investigation into the consequences of working conditions and the physical and mental health of health personnel during the pandemic and post-pandemic in different regions of Argentina. To contextualize it, studies on this topic in Latin America are detailed. One of the questions that we set out to understand is how health personnel experienced their emotions during the COVID-19 pandemic in a context of uncertainty, epidemiological peaks, and deaths. To do this, then, in the second investigation, it was proposed to investigate the working conditions of the staff of the intensive care units (UTI) in different regions of Argentina, and the psychosocial risks associated with them.
