Abstract

This investigative work analyzes how the experiences of nonviolent resistance of the inhabitants of the Peñon Redondo settlement contribute to the positive peacebuilding proposed by Galtung, strengthening the concept of nonviolent action. The research was carried out with a participative methodology, through processes of observation, interviews, and workshops with the community. These tools allowed observing the actions of resistance in response to cultural and structural violence.
