In this article, the epistemology of Luis Villoro is studied, and it is proposed that it does not fall into relativism, if we put emphasis on its practical aspect, showing that his epistemology is constructed from the perspective of subjects in a practical context instead of a theoretical context. Also, this article introduces new points of view offered through his epistemology to two contemporary arguments in the Anglosaxon context, which are “ethics of belief” and “virtue epistemology”.
